How to Order
1 - Order Confirmation Process
Upon receiving your inquiry or order, we will confirm the following details via email:
- Container Size
- Port of Delivery
- Specifications: Make, Model, Grading, Engine Size, and Prices
- Availability: Arrangement timeframe for missing models
- Shipment Schedule
- Photographs of each model will be sent to you for approval before shipment.
2 - Quality & Grading
We classify our products as follows:
- GRADE A: No missing parts, no significant damages or scratches on the body/cover, and engine compression is checked.
- GRADE B: Some damages/scratches on the body/cover, or engine compression is not present.
- GRADE C: May have damages/scratches on the body/cover and no engine compression.
- GRADE D: For parts only.
3 - Proforma Invoice
- A Proforma Invoice will be issued after your order confirmation.
- Payments must be made within 3 working days of receiving the invoice.
- Please submit payment notifications through our website after the transfer.
4 - Payments Terms:
- All payments must be made via bank transfer.
- Payment currencies: US Dollars (USD) or Japanese Yen (JPY).
- Payment in advance: 100% upfront required.
5 - Shipment Process
- Readiness Notification: Once the products are ready, shipping dates will be communicated.
- Container Loading & Packing: We will provide you with pictures of the container making and loading process.
- Missing Models: If any models are unavailable, we will inform you of the arrangement timeframe.
6 - After Shipment:
- You will receive shipping dates, a copy of the Bill of Lading (BL), and other necessary updates.
- All original documents will be sent via courier (FedEx, etc.).
